We are a case of opposites

Wisdom comes from my big mouth

Our character dispositions differ

While I am genuinely sanguine

You are more like sangfroid

A chance for some hot chemistry though

And as for the fate of our first love

Mine was reciprocated

Yours went unrequited

As I was your first, are you hoping to be my last?

Analyze this, For once realize

Even though you fight tooth and nail

This is the last nail in the coffin

The slow dance of love was never meant to be

Still if you insist

Perhaps there is truth in what Newton said

Opposites attract, but he didn’t witness their suffering
